Video: Protecting Western Montana's Natural Legacy

For the last 44 years, Five Valleys has been driven by our dedication to our mission: to protect and preserve western Montana's natural legacy.  Ensuring that our river corridors, wildlife habitat, agricultural lands and scenic and recreational open spaces remain intact for the next generation is a task that our dedicated board and staff does not take lightly.

Since 1972, our partnerships with private landowners, conservation organizations, foundations and local governments has protected over 70,000 acres of western Montana's iconic landscapes.  From Saltese to Seeley Lake and from Polson to Philipsburg, our special corner of the world deserves unfaltering, thoughtful conservation, and with the continued support of our community we'll strive to continue our mission, in perpetuity.
