27th Annual Banquet & Auction

**We are at capacity for our event.**

After a memorable evening celebrating 50 years on the 50-yard line at last year's Banquet, we are taking the festivities back to the turf. The Banquet is Five Valley's biggest event of the year and includes an exciting live and silent auction, a delicious dinner, and the chance to mingle with friends and neighbors while helping raise the funds needed to protect and steward more of this extraordinary place.

When: Saturday, May 20th; 5:00-9:30pm
Where: Washington-Grizzly Stadium, University of Montana, Missoula, MT (map)

Take a sneak peek at this year's incredible live auction items.

Event Details:
Where to go?

Guests should enter Washington-Grizzly Stadium on the north end at the tunnel entrance (see map). Once inside, attendees will be directed down the tunnel and onto the field. If needed, a golf cart will be available to take guests down the tunnel.

Where to park?

There is currently a significant amount of construction happening in that area campus. Campus Drive will be CLOSED near the Jacob's Island/dog park parking lot. You will not be able to drive around the stadium. However, there should be plenty of parking available.

To park near the Adams Center, we recommend you use 6th Street to access campus. To park behind the stadium near the Grizzly Pool or "M" Trailhead, we recommend you use Beckwith Avenue to access campus. Please refer to the map below (click to download/enlarge).

Want to avoid parking and receive a free drink? Sustainably commute to the event (walk/bike/carpool/etc.) and mention it at check in, and we will give you a free drink ticket. A win-win!

What to wear?

No coat required this year! The temperature is expected to be in the mid-80's, and it will feel even warmer on the turf. Please make the following considerations when dressing for the evening:

Please dress for warm weather, but bring layers for after sundown. The event will be held entirely outdoors unless an extreme weather event is forecasted.

Please avoid stiletto heels, or light colored, floor-length attire. Heels can sink in to the turf, and the turf can discolor lighter-colored fabrics.

What to do when you arrive?

Please enter the complex from the north end (near the River Bowl/Kim Williams Trail). There is a fence enclosure that will be open and you will be directed down the tunnel. Golf carts will be available to take you down to the field if needed.

Once on the turf, head to check-in table to receive your bid number and table assignments. Attendees' names are on file, no physical ticket is required.
