Rock Creek Confluence Open House

Help us celebrate a decade of owning, restoring and stewarding the Rock Creek Confluence!

When: Thursday, June 9th; 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Where: Rock Creek Confluence's west side trailhead

From 4:00pm - 5:00pm our Stewardship staff will be completing some trail maintenance work. If you'd like to get a little volunteering in before the open house, please join us at the westside trailhead. Please bring gloves. Tools will be provided.

Join us starting at 5:30pm for community open house, beverages and appetizers at the west side trailhead (view map). Five Valleys staff will talk about the Confluence and our efforts to restore, steward and provide universal access to property, and answer community questions. All are welcome!

At around 6:15 will take a tour of the 1/3-mile universal trail with with accessible trail expert Larry Knutson of Penn Trails. We will also talk about the universal access and land management planning process that we are undertaking this season, which will guide our future efforts at the Confluence.

Help us plan for food by RSVP'ing to Lena at lena@fvlt.org by Monday, June 6th.

We hope to see you there!
