Want to connect with your western Montana open lands? Join us for events, workshops, and volunteering opportunities! This list will be updated throughout the year:

Support your local conservation lands during our first Hands on the Land workday of 2026! During this workday we'll be at the historic Moon-Randolph Homestead, helping to replace an old fence. The Homestead, tucked away in Missoula scenic North Hills, is protected with a Five Valleys conservation easement.
Lunch and drinks will be provided, and carpooling is available with prior arrangement. Volunteers should wear work clothes suitable for the weather, bring a hat, gloves, and a water bottle, and wear sturdy, close-toed shoes.

Join us for Missoula Gives! This giving event, hosted by the Missoula Community Foundation, encourages communities to support the nonprofits that make our region great. The 26-hour event runs from
Protect What You Love by supporting Five Valleys!

Join us for our largest event of the year: our 30th(!) Annual Banquet & Auction. This event brings together supporters and friends from across western Montana to celebrate and support private land conservation. Tickets will go on sale in March 2026.
