2014 Winter Newsletter

In this newsletter we offer an update on the work we are doing and the things we've accomplished together for our diverse communities. It is probably obvious in our cover story about conserving grizzly bear habitat in the Mission Valley that by supporting the goals of a community of people we can enhance the lives of a community of wildlife. What may be less obvious is how a grizzly bear community connects the daily lives and interests of tribal members on the reservation with the lives and interests of ranchers in the Blackfoot Valley. The story presents the way in which this connection is helping define an innovative Regional Conservation Partnership in which we are playing a lead role and through which we hope to deliver more funding to voluntary conservation efforts across western Montana.
