Concerts for Conservation

Five Valleys was fortunate to be chosen as one of the recipients of Big Sky Brewing Company’s Summer Concert Series beer sales proceeds this past season. In exchange for fielding a small army of beer-pouring volunteers for each concert, Five Valleys received a portion of the beer sales proceeds. Big Sky Brewing has been a stalwart supporter of Five Valleys for years and the concerts proved a fun way to get the word out about our work while mobilizing over 100 volunteers in support of conservation.

This past summer the concerts raised $100,000 for nonprofits in the Missoula area, and over $44,000 for Five Valleys' Mount Dean Stone project.

“This project is really our generation’s Mount Jumbo. It’s a really significant opportunity and Big Sky been on the forefront of that. Their big passion is contributing to Missoula’s quality of life. Recreation with Mount Dean Stone is huge for both the older generations and the newer generations.” - Whitney Schwab, Five Valleys' Philanthropy Director
A huge thank you Big Sky Brewing Company!
